Directions:  Located offshore off the northeast tip of Fisher Island.  Latimer Reef is claimed by both Connecticut and Long Island.  From Long Island it is viewable only by boat.  If you visit Stonington Light in Connecticut Latimer Reef is visible from the parking area.  If you look east in the distance Watch Hill, Rhode Island is visible with binoculars.
